- Fix OllamaClient health check for model name matching (nomic-embed-text:latest)
- Add E2E integration test script for full pipeline validation
- Add BaseAgent code intelligence integration tests
- Add visualization E2E tests

- Ollama + nomic-embed-text (768-dim embeddings)
- RuVector PostgreSQL persistence
- Tree-sitter multi-language parsing
- AST chunking with semantic boundaries
