feat(code-intelligence): complete E2E integration with Ollama + RuVector
Wave 6 completion:
- Integrate KnowledgeGraphContextBuilder into BaseAgent
- Fix OllamaClient health check for model name matching (nomic-embed-text:latest)
- Add E2E integration test script for full pipeline validation
- Add BaseAgent code intelligence integration tests
- Add visualization E2E tests
Verified working:
- Ollama + nomic-embed-text (768-dim embeddings)
- RuVector PostgreSQL persistence
- Tree-sitter multi-language parsing
- AST chunking with semantic boundaries
- Hybrid search (BM25 + Vector with RRF fusion)
- Graph builder for code relationships
