Claude acfdc83b14 docs(stardust): settle UI architecture as a thin local layer over Claude Code

Records the no-backend, all-local, desktop-app decision with Adobe login for
tokens. Documents that the plugin already generates self-contained HTML
views including a lifecycle dashboard, defines the thin-layer contract (the
app renders skill-produced files or injects commands, and implements no
stardust logic), scopes the minimum build, and identifies the view-to-shell
bridge as the only new API.
