ashot3232 f1a97f6e4a fix: remove stale MCP references from plugin manifests (#279) ...

Follow-up to dropping the MCP reference layer.

- Drop the 'mcp' keyword and MCP wording from the workfront entry in
  marketplace.json and from both plugin manifests, which still advertised
  a capability the skill no longer ships.
- Point the refresh-procedure link in SKILL.md at references/INDEX.md,
  where the procedure actually lives; references/README.md does not exist.
- Revert the unrelated .gitignore change so the PR only touches the skill.
