* feat(code-assessment): drive remove-deprecated-api detection dynamically via aemanalyser-maven-plugin

Replaces the hardcoded deprecated-API rule tables with a preflight
(detect.sh) that invokes aemanalyser-maven-plugin at the latest release by
fully-qualified GAV coordinates, scoped to whichever module declares it
(falling back to the reactor root) — the pom is never patched, backed up, or
restored. Parses the analyser's log into a rules cache TSV that the
RemoveDeprecatedApi Java detector matches against in-workspace imports, with
an Experience League fallback when a hint names no successor. The recipe now
forces the latest AEM SDK during preflight, tracks a baseline test-health
decision (SKIP_TESTS_FLAG) across later build steps, and the log parser
handles the deprecated-library line shape current plugin releases emit.

* fix(code-assessment): trim leading space in deprecated-library hint parsing

The package(s)-shape fallback branch (added for library-found log lines with
no <start>/<end> markers) left a leading space on the extracted hint text,
so the same package could get two near-duplicate rows in the rules cache
TSV when the plugin reports it via both the plain "package found" and
"library found" line shapes. Trim it to match the sibling <start>/<end>
branch and dedupe cleanly.
