## Summary

Make checkpoint resume a crash-recovery fallback: if the saved anchor is
missing, malformed, stale, or no longer present in the current source
listing, the connector returns `ErrSyncResumeInvalid` and the runner
restarts the same fixed sync window from the beginning.
