テスト仕様書からintegration_testコードを自動生成するスキルのコア定義。
Phase 0〜5の実行フロー、ガードレール分離原則、再生成ポリシー、
Key命名規約（{screen}_{role}_{name}）を策定。

Pregum 285f6f5239 fix(skill-usage-tracker): skill_usage_sender.jsにJSONパースの行単位エラーハンドリングを追加 
PRレビュー指摘対応。loadEvents()でJSONL各行のパース失敗時にクラッシュせず
静かにスキップするよう修正（skill-stats.jsと同様のパターン）。

masaya ishihara 9dba150f55 feat: limit /rules-merge to 01-89 range, skip triad files (90+) 
90番台は .claude/rules/ から自動ロードされるため、CLAUDE.mdに
含めるとコンテキストが重複する。マージ対象を01-89番台に限定し、
末尾に90番台の参照注記を付与する。

- /rules-merge: 01-89番台のみ連結、90番台スキップ + 末尾参照注記
- /rules-status: マージ対象/自動ロードを区別して表示
- 重複チェック: CLAUDE.md + 対象分割ファイルの両方を参照
- /rules-init 実行例を更新

Manage CLAUDE.md via split rule files in .claude/rules/. Redirects
learning triad (/lessons, /review-learn, /ci-learn) writes to
numbered split files and auto-merges them back into CLAUDE.md.

video-keyframe-analyzerのSKILL.mdフロントマターのdescriptionが
クォートなしで$, %, 括弧等の特殊文字を含んでおり、YAMLパース失敗で
スキルが認識されない問題を修正。他スキルと同様にダブルクォートで囲む。

PR #2163の実データ分析で判明した課題（Bot指摘9件が全て未対応でノイズ化）を解決。
「対応した指摘のみ蓄積」フィルタを導入し、有用なナレッジのみを抽出する。

- GraphQL APIでisResolved/isOutdatedを取得
- Bot vs 人間のコメント自動分類
- 対応済み判定ロジック（resolved→outdated+commit→キーワード）
- APPROVEDレビューbodyからの指摘抽出
- 確度別グループ表示

- reset コマンドに --force フラグを追加し、誤操作を防止

使用例:
  skill-stats.js setup <skill_db_id> <command_db_id>

- UUID形式のバリデーション

Pregum 2d77575f93 fix(skill-usage-tracker): データベースIDを設定ファイル管理に変更 
ハードコードされていたNotion DB IDをnotion_config.jsonで管理するように変更。
公開リポジトリでの機密情報露出を防止。(Issue #71)

- loadNotionConfig()関数を復活
- 設定ファイルがない場合に設定方法を案内
- バージョンを0.4.1に更新

Pregum 899236d259 feat(skill-usage-tracker): Notion MCP直接呼び出しに変更 
/skill-stats sync を実行するとClaudeが自動的にNotion MCPを呼び出して
データを同期するように変更。DB IDをskillファイルに埋め込み、
notion_config.json設定ファイルを不要に。

- setup サブコマンドを削除
- sync出力形式をNotion MCP用SQLite風形式に変更
- loadNotionConfig(), outputSetupInfo() を削除

Add /skill-stats setup and /skill-stats sync commands to enable
syncing usage events to Notion databases for team-wide analytics.

- setup: outputs Notion database schema for creation via MCP
- sync: outputs unsynced events with Notion-formatted properties
- Supports sync_state.json for tracking synced lines
- Supports notion_config.json for database IDs
