docomo-home-ui-mockプロジェクトからのフィードバックを反映:

問題点:
- StatusBar共通コンポーネントが存在していたのにSpacer(52.dp)で実装
- ImageBasedAppScreenパターンを踏襲しなかった
- overlayMode、スワイプジェスチャーの仕様が欠如

1. Phase 0を追加（Figma確認前の必須手順）
