When using the Actions component there's an added sr-only class for screenreaders, however this adds a
```

white-space: nowrap;
border-width: 0;}```
which causes an extra scrollbar to appear. adding relative to the Button, makes sure the position absolute is scoped to the Button and not the parent container

Add pl-8 to account for -ml-4 in parent element

shadcn/ui adds `-ml-4` to wrapper created by `CarouselContent`. By default, the wrapped content is flush to all four sides even with its default `pl-4`. To apply an even `p-4` inside the content area, you must also account for the additional 4 units of padding initially present on the left side, totaling `pl-8`.
