String + toXOrZero fallback trick, and note that missing fields simply
resolve to the type's default value.
Repeated per-field visitParamExtract*/JSONExtract* calls re-parse the same
JSON payload from scratch for every field, which is especially costly in
materialized views since it runs on every inserted block. Document parsing
once via JSONExtract(...'Tuple(...)') + getSubcolumn instead, with guidance
on preserving optional-field fallback behavior via String-typed tuple
fields and toXOrZero/toXOrDefault.
