gnzjgo f7e8c0cb64 Merge deep endpoint optimization rules into endpoint-optimization.md 
Consolidates endpoint-optimization-deep.md into the existing file:
- Adds "Gathering Runtime Data" section with actionable queries
- Adds structural rules (unnecessary columns, Nullable, casting, etc.)
- Adds runtime-dependent rules with thresholds (PREWHERE, skip indexes,
  FINAL, JSON extraction, TTL, partitioning, approximate uniques, etc.)
- Removes persona prompt, aligns style with other rule files
- Removes redundant rules already covered by the original file
