feat: add Python SDK skill and extend TypeScript SDK skill
...
Add new tinybird-python-sdk-guidelines skill with 12 rule files covering
the tinybird-sdk Python package features including datasources, endpoints,
connections, materialized views, copy/sink pipes, and JWT tokens.
Extend tinybird-typescript-sdk-guidelines with 4 new rule files (connections,
materialized-views, copy-sink-pipes, tokens) and add migrate/pull CLI commands.

Merge deep endpoint optimization rules into endpoint-optimization.md
...
Consolidates endpoint-optimization-deep.md into the existing file:
- Adds "Gathering Runtime Data" section with actionable queries
- Adds structural rules (unnecessary columns, Nullable, casting, etc.)
- Adds runtime-dependent rules with thresholds (PREWHERE, skip indexes,
FINAL, JSON extraction, TTL, partitioning, approximate uniques, etc.)
- Removes persona prompt, aligns style with other rule files
- Removes redundant rules already covered by the original file
