Audio + SRT → narration-synced MP4 via HyperFrames (HTML-to-video).
The audio and SRT are the source of truth: scenes are timed to SRT
cues, content is read from the SRT, and the audio is muxed in at
render time. Captures the full workflow plus the production gotchas
(scene clip-path wipes, no stuck cover-panels, local woff2 + CJK
padding, dark-theme verification, light-theme contrast, 4K master).
Includes scripts/srt-cues.mjs (SRT cue → seconds parser for scene
planning). Registered in marketplace.json and README.

The skill no longer hardcodes magazine-web-ppt as the deck generator. It now
discovers available slide-deck skills (magazine-web-ppt, guizang-ppt-skill,
frontend-slides, etc.), uses the one available, and asks the user to choose
when multiple are present. When none are available it recommends installing one
(e.g. frontend-slides — https://github.com/zarazhangrui/frontend-slides) or
using find-skills, rather than dead-ending. Theme-class / rhythm rules and the
"don't touch the template" guidance are generalized to "the chosen slides skill".
Bump marketplace 3.18.0 -> 3.19.0.

Promotes the one-off "index/contents" layout into a first-class template
pair (templates/editorial-index{,-vertical}.html): newspaper-style
masthead (wordmark + 期号/来源 + thick rule) over a numbered, hairline-
ruled table of contents. Warm paper, single accent on wordmark + row
numbers, mono meta — Swiss-adjacent skin, but a composition-led layout
(masthead + ruled contents) rather than the shared hero-title shape.
It deliberately breaks single-focus: roundup/daily/Top-N topics ARE a
list, so showing the whole lineup is the point. Documented as a
sanctioned multi-item exception — great as a full-size article hero /
Substack header / X card, but the list blurs at 160px (use a single-
focus style for small thumbnails; the two can pair per episode).

New restrained dark style (templates/quiet-dark{,-vertical}.html):
left-anchored asymmetric negative space, pure-white heavy headline,
single accent used only as punctuation (kicker + short rule), faint
grid + 1px inset frame, zero glow/shadow/gradient-on-text.
Codifies the color->legibility principle across the skill: headline
mass carries the highest luminance contrast (white on dark); accent is
punctuation, never a large-headline fill; kill glow on the primary
title; no text over a same-luminance translucent wash. This prevents
the "saturated-accent headline looks blurry at thumbnail size" failure.

Promote minimalism from a verification afterthought to the default
delivery shape - too many covers came out over-stuffed because the
templates shipped a fat scaffold (kicker + brand mark + date + eyebrow
+ title + sub + two signatures + episode chip + decorative nodes).
- SKILL.md 原则 1: add an element budget (default ≤5) - kicker + hero
+ optional sub + ONE signature + at most one info-bearing 领域装置;
list default-off chrome; add an explicit "style identity ≠ chrome"
caveat (swiss grid / bauhaus blocks / terminal scanlines are identity).
- references/cover-composition.md: reframe §3 into a default element set
table, applied up front rather than only at review time.
- templates/*.html (all 26: 13 styles × 横/竖): trim to the lean default;
remove fan-out decorative nodes entirely; demote date / eyebrow /
episode chip / second signature into commented opt-in blocks with CSS
retained (uncomment to restore). Style identity untouched.
Verified by rendering every style with sample content.

Render a compact, scannable tool-call line in the main transcript and push full
payloads to the details file, for both claude- and codex-session-manager.
- Inline reference now carries a result signal: ok/N-lines, error + first line,
or the picked answer (AskUserQuestion) — not just "result"/"error".
- Read the structured result (Claude toolUseResult / Codex payload): split Bash
stdout/stderr, Read line counts, AskUserQuestion answers.
- Make the inline `<tool_call_…>` reference a real link to an explicit
`<a id>` anchor in the details file (or same-doc anchor in inline mode).
- Cap each detail payload (8000 chars) with a truncation marker; raw payload
stays in the source JSONL.
- Print the actual exported file paths (folder name is sanitized, so it is not
always derivable from the project key).

Adds a new "物理域隐喻借译" section to voice-and-phrasing.md that catches
English physical-domain adjectives (thin/fat, light/heavy, deep/shallow,
clean/dirty, hot/cold) used metaphorically on abstract structures.
Distinguishes calques already absorbed into Chinese (深度学习, 胖客户端,
健壮) from ones that still read as physical (薄, 热路径, 重的抽象). Adds
Test 3: native-collocation retrieval, complementing the existing back-

Templates (all 26): bump Chinese display-title line-height from Latin-tuned
0.86–0.98 to CJK-appropriate 1.06/1.08/1.10 (by weight) so stacked 中文
titles no longer collide. CJK glyphs fill the em box and need more leading
than Latin display type — basis (Typotheque, Material, W3C clreq) documented
in design-styles.md.
New: scripts/render-cover.sh — packaged multi-ratio headless render + Read-able
preview, with all the traps baked in (no /tmp, no zsh word-split, render/resize
split, wait-for-file polling, no set -e + read<<<()).
