# Pull Request Description

The audit still reported 211 oversized canonical skills after the examples cleanup. This change moves detailed procedure and reference sections into per-skill `references/detailed-guide.md` files while keeping activation guidance, examples, limitations, prerequisites, and safety rules in each root `SKILL.md`.

Every nonblank source line was verified to occur exactly once across the root and guide after link rewriting. The strict audit now reports 2,111 ready skills, zero warning-only skills, zero warnings, and zero errors. Compatibility and example-test tooling now reads the modular guide where required; package inspection also uses an explicit output buffer sized for the current catalog.
