Feedback-driven update from four real-world sessions: - Vue/Nuxt/Svelte/Astro: recommend framework checker instead of plain tsc; guidance for framework-generated tsconfigs - New Audit & Hardening section with coverage/hygiene checklist and strictness-flag cost ordering - inspect_typescript.py detects frameworks and reports TS files not covered by any tsconfig; run_typecheck.py picks vue-tsc/nuxi/svelte-check/astro - Playbook: TS5101 baseUrl deprecation, __VLS_ctx template errors - Skip criteria for helper scripts; test-mock exception to the no-any rule - Regression tests for helper scripts (scripts/test_helpers.py)
