* feat(init): add Codex CLI support via AGENTS.md + RTK.md workflow Add --codex mode to rtk init for Codex CLI integration using AGENTS.md + RTK.md, while keeping the newer develop init/opencode flow intact. Includes Codex install/show/uninstall handling, ASCII status output, stricter flag validation, and expanded tests for Codex AGENTS lifecycle and patch-mode rejection.
