The "upload bytes + include View in Replicas link" rule is media behavior, not integration-specific behavior. Previously it lived only in MEDIA.md while per-integration files documented uploads generically — an agent reading only SLACK.md/LINEAR.md/GITHUB.md could easily ship a link-only message that renders broken for recipients. - MEDIA.md is now the single source of truth: each external platform (Slack/Linear/GitHub) is named with its upload mechanism, including the GitHub-specific "no native API → Imgur" reasoning that previously lived in GITHUB.md. - SLACK.md, LINEAR.md, GITHUB.md each get a one-liner "Sharing Screenshots, Recordings, or Other Media" subsection pointing back to MEDIA.md. No rules duplicated — so new integrations only need a pointer, not a fresh copy of the rules. - SKILL.md Media trigger now tells the agent to read MEDIA.md *before* sending any media-bearing message, and calls out that the link-only failure mode is silent (recipient sees a broken image, not an error).
