Two changes to validation: 1. Hooks validate:skill-structure into the validate alias so a single 'npm run validate' covers both plugin manifests and agentskills.io spec compliance across all skill directories. The skill-structure validator already iterates every skill under skills/ via --all; this just ensures it actually runs in the normal validate flow rather than needing a separate invocation. 2. Adds --enforce to validate:skill-structure so any agentskills.io spec error (invalid frontmatter, escaping internal links, broken external links) fails the validate command — failing pre-commit and CI.
