Adrian Garcia Badaracco 29db448d52 Add /dev-session command for local Logfire debugging 
Adds a new command that calls the Logfire MCP server's local_dev_session
tool to provision temporary credentials and inject them into the user's
app. Supports .env files, Docker Compose, Tilt, Skaffold, Dev Containers,
Kubernetes manifests, Procfile, and Makefile/justfile setups.
