Rename plugin from instrument-with-logfire to logfire, rename skill from
logfire-instrumentation to instrumentation inside the plugin. Add Python,
JavaScript/TypeScript, and Rust instrumentation to SKILL.md and /instrument
command. Split references into per-language directories (python/, javascript/,
rust/) with dedicated pattern and framework files.
Logfire instrumentation skill (SKILL.md) covering framework detection,
extras installation, configure/instrument ordering, structured logging,
and AI/LLM instrumentation. Includes /instrument and /debug commands,
remote HTTP MCP server config, and cross-agent standalone skill copy
with prek sync check.
