### 2. Updated Init Command

**File Modified**: `src/cli/commands/init.ts`

**New Methods**:
- `initializePatternDatabase()` - Creates patterns.db
- `initializeMemoryDatabase()` - Creates memory.db
- `getPatternBankSchema()` - Inline schema fallback
