2. Add missing 2 skills to package
3. Investigate if skills were renamed/merged

**Recommendation**: Update CLAUDE.md to say "36 QE skills" (accurate)

### Issue 2: Agent Count vs Documentation ⚠️

**Actual**: 19 main agents + 11 subagents = 30 total

**Resolution**: Update CLAUDE.md to clarify:

   - Remove missing skills from documentation

4. **Add Tests** 🔜
   - Unit tests for each module in `src/cli/init/`
   - Integration test for full init flow
