1. Use AQE Fallback: 250-500x faster than external hooks
2. Cache Detection: Detection runs once, then cached

🔍 Troubleshooting

"Claude Flow not detected" message

✅ Expected behavior - Falls back to AQE hooks (faster!)

Execution seems slow

• First call includes detection (~5s max)
• Subsequent calls use cached result
• Fallback mode is 250-500x faster

Need to force re-detection

hookExecutor.resetClaudeFlowDetection();

Tests failing

• Check Claude Flow installation status
• Verify fallback mode is working
