Dragan Spiridonov 7790a8c001 fix(deps): bump eslint-plugin-unused-imports to v4 (supports @typescript-eslint 8) ...

CI npm ci failed with ERESOLVE — v3.2.0 peers @typescript-eslint/eslint-plugin
6-7, but the project is on v8. v4.x peers ^8 (and keeps ESLint 8 support), so it
resolves cleanly. Worked locally only because it was installed with
--legacy-peer-deps; npm ci is strict.
