# Init Logging Consistency Fix - Completion Report

## ✅ Status: COMPLETED

All logging inconsistencies in the `aqe init` command have been successfully fixed.

## Changes Applied

### 1. Agent Count Updated: 17 → 18 ✅

**File:** `/workspaces/agentic-qe-cf/src/cli/commands/init.ts`

#### Change 1: Line 264 - Fallback Warning
