Replace the 12 bundled skills in the nvidia-skills plugin with the single nvidia-skill-finder router skill, and bump the plugin to 1.3.0. Rationale: bundling a curated subset loaded every SKILL.md into the harness context on install and crowded the limited skill-context space. Shipping only the finder lets it route users to any skill in the canonical skills/ catalog on demand, so the full catalog stays reachable without the pre-load cost. It also decouples versioning: catalog skills are version-managed independently of the plugin, so a skill update no longer forces a plugin re-release. - plugins.d/nvidia-skills.yml: include_skills -> nvidia-skill-finder only; discovery-framed description/long_description/default prompt; version 1.3.0 - Regenerated plugins/nvidia-skills/ tree + claude/codex/cursor manifests and marketplace entries via build-plugins.sh (drift-clean) - plugins.d/README.md, plugins/README.md: mark curated mode as an unused legacy fallback, correct the stale "nvidia-skills is curated" claim, and document the Cursor plugin manifest/marketplace Signed-off-by: Jason Dudash <jdudash@nvidia.com>

plugins/ — generated plugin bundles
Each subdirectory here is a self-contained plugin built from a source
definition in plugins.d/ by
.github/scripts/build-plugins.py.
A plugin folder typically contains:
.claude-plugin/plugin.json— Claude plugin manifest.codex-plugin/plugin.json— Codex plugin manifest.cursor-plugin/plugin.json— Cursor plugin manifestskills/— the bundled skills (real files or symlinks back into the top-levelskills/catalog, depending onskill_files:in the source yaml)assets/— optional logo and other hand-maintained assets
Don't edit these files directly
With the exception of curated plugins (see below), everything under
plugins/<name>/ is regenerated on every build. To change a
plugin's metadata or skill list, edit plugins.d/<name>.yml and re-run:
.github/scripts/build-plugins.sh
See plugins.d/README.md for the full
authoring workflow.
Curated plugins
A plugin folder that contains its own .skills-manifest.yml (instead of
having a matching plugins.d/<name>.yml) is curated — the build
script only refreshes its skills/ links and leaves the manifests,
assets, and marketplace entries hand-edited. No plugins currently use
this mode: nvidia-skills/ is catalog-driven, built
from plugins.d/nvidia-skills.yml, and
ships to the official Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (Codex), and Cursor
plugin marketplaces.
