Aleksandr Belskikh 0e3f81795c Enable staleness polling and untracked files for all ref types (#11) 
When using a bare ref (e.g. `diffity --base <sha>`), staleness polling
was disabled and untracked files were excluded. This made the diff viewer
miss auto-refresh on changes and hide new files until `git add`.
