nash_su e9108953f5 refactor: rename opencli-rs to autocli (AutoCLI) 
Project has been renamed from opencli-rs to AutoCLI.
Updated all references in SKILL.md and README.md.
- CLI binary: opencli-rs → autocli
- GitHub repo: nashsu/opencli-rs → nashsu/AutoCLI
- Skill name: opencli-rs → autocli
- Config path: ~/.opencli-rs/ → ~/.autocli/
