mintlify[bot] 7cdca8d147 Add scoreThreshold to Search API, update pageSize constraints and MCP rate limits (#4763) ...

- Add optional scoreThreshold (0-1) parameter to discovery search endpoint
- Change pageSize type from number to integer with minimum 1, maximum 50
- Update MCP per-domain rate limit from 1,000 to 10,000 requests/hour
- Update per-user rate limit description to reflect config endpoint scope
- Applied across EN, ES, FR, ZH specs and MCP docs
