* Document mint workflow CLI command and fix dashboard workflow creation steps

- Remove the incorrect step about merging a PR from dashboard workflow creation (dashboard creates workflows directly via API)
- Add mint workflow CLI command as a creation method in workflows.mdx
- Add mint workflow to the additional commands section in installation.mdx

Mintlify Documentation

Install the Mint CLI to preview the documentation changes locally. To install, use the following command

npm i -g mint

Run the following command at the root of your documentation (where docs.json is)

mint dev
