Alejandro Cortez 0b9226357b Document required HTTP methods for subpath proxies (#6502) ...

CloudFront behaviors default to allowing only GET and HEAD, which
silently blocks the POST requests used for Mintlify analytics. Add
allowed-methods guidance to the AWS guide and the generic reverse
proxy page, and resolve the CachingOptimized/CachingDisabled
contradiction in the AWS guide.
