Ethan Palm bdd9b51155 docs: add troubleshooting pages for the editor and local CLI preview 
Adds editor/troubleshooting.mdx covering sync failures, publish errors,
branch confusion, conflict resolution, and blank editor states. Adds
cli/troubleshooting.mdx covering mint dev startup, port conflicts,
missing pages, broken links, OpenAPI issues, and deploy-only failures.
Both pages are added to docs.json navigation.

Ethan Palm 9411304ebb Clarify .mintignore link checking (#6192) 
* fix: clarify mintignore broken-links behavior

Splits the confusing single bullet into two explicit statements:
- Ignored files' outgoing links are not scanned by mint broken-links
- Links from other pages pointing to ignored files are flagged as broken

Closes #4792

- Explain how each add-on routes issues: AI routing (Advanced Slack) vs CSM manual escalation (Dedicated CSM)
- Add explicit note that P0 is 24/7 and handled by engineering (status.mintlify.com)
- Add explicit note that P1–P3 are business hours only (9 AM–5 PM PT, Mon–Fri)

Each of the three support tiers now has its own top-level heading:
Standard support, Advanced Slack Support (add-on), Dedicated CSM (add-on).

introductory paragraph. Updates SLA table heading accordingly.
