Pietro Zullo 95b99d0859 docs: fix integration adapter imports and update Anthropic model (#1385) ...

- Use mcp_use.agents.adapters for OpenAI/Anthropic/Google adapters
  (the top-level mcp_use.adapters only re-exports Base/LangChain)
- Bump Anthropic examples from claude-3-opus-20240229 to claude-opus-4-7
- Drop stale "New" tag from the Anthropic integration page
