Muvaffak Onus fae7c7ce9a expo: build on a standalone Xcode sandbox before creating the simulator 
The paired `lim ios create --xcode` flow let a long fresh build outlive the
idle simulator's inactivity timeout, killing the build sandbox mid-build.
Teach the build-first order: create the Xcode sandbox, build, then create
the simulator with --attach so it installs the build immediately.
