The sandbox builds with its node default unless bound to another installed
major; the flag on build/test/rbe/create switches it, set-xcode does it alone,
get shows it. Bazel guidance now speaks of the sandbox's Xcode rather than the
fleet's.

The skill still told agents build settings were allowlisted. Any
environment-style key is accepted and replaces the managed setting with
the same key. Device builds now use standard architectures and disable
coverage instrumentation, so App Store uploads need no extra settings.

Android and iOS simulator skills gain sections for `lim android tunnel` /
`lim ios tunnel`: selectors, detached lifecycle, and on Android the HTTP
inspection, HAR capture, and persisted network logs. The Expo skill gets
the destination tunnel as the primary Metro fallback since it needs no
packager hostname override or port mapping.

One-shot shell and file transfer no longer need the adb tunnel; the
tunnel section now covers only full logcat and interactive tools.
