apk 175e1def82 feat: add flake.nix for Nix package manager support (issue #818) ...

- Add flake.nix at repo root with crane + fenix for Rust workspace
- Package jscpd/cpd binaries via nix build .#jscpd
- devShell with pinned Rust 1.93 toolchain, cargo-nextest, cargo-deny
- nix flake check runs cargo nextest for Rust workspace tests
- Custom source filter preserves Askama HTML templates
- Darwin frameworks (Security, SystemConfiguration) for macOS support
- Add result and result-* to .gitignore for Nix build symlinks

Note: sha256 placeholder on fenix fromToolchainFile needs to be
populated on first nix build (copy from error message).
