Joel Hooks 3efdc04de3 fix(gateway): Discord DM responses working, MCQ uses direct discord.js 
The gateway was receiving DMs but not responding — the discord channel
send handler was never invoked because the router lookups were silently
falling through. Fixed by ensuring the channel registration and router
prefix matching work correctly.

Also rewrote discord-mcq-adapter to use discord.js directly:
EmbedBuilder + ButtonBuilder + createMessageComponentCollector
instead of discordjs-react renderer (which has a bug where type:'message'
channels never get initial sends posted).

Joel Hooks 5aaeb7d9e9 fix(discord-mcq): use discord.js directly instead of broken renderer 
discordjs-react Renderer.updateMessage() has no code path for initial
sends on type:'message' channels — only handles type:'interaction'.
MCQ was rendering internally but never posting to Discord.

Replaced with direct discord.js: EmbedBuilder + ButtonBuilder +
createMessageComponentCollector. Buttons render, clicks update the
message in place, auto-select on timeout works.

Joel Hooks 8494a9a40e feat(discord-ui): React component library for interactive Discord messages (ADR-0122) 
New package @joelclaw/discord-ui:
- discordjs-react reconciler for stateful Discord UIs
- Components: McqFlow, AgentResponse, StatusCard, Approval, SelectPrompt
- Re-exports primitives: Embed, Button, ActionRow, Select, Option, Link
- .ts API surface (no jsx required by consumer) + .tsx entry for direct use

Gateway integration:
- Discord MCQ adapter: renders interactive buttons in threads
- Unified withChannelMcqOverride handles both Telegram + Discord sources
- discord-ui init after Discord login, dynamic import keeps React lazy
- getClient() and fetchChannel() exposed from discord channel

Joel Hooks 38f8d93460 feat(discord): thread-based conversations (ADR-0120) 
- @mention in channel creates thread + status message
- Messages in threads route back to thread
- DMs still work flat (no threads)
- Status message updates: ⏳ Processing → ✅ Done / ❌ Error
- ✅ reaction on last thread message marks done
- Bot mention stripped from all messages
- Vault context enrichment added
- GuildMessageReactions intent for reaction handling
