- channel-message-ingest.ts: normalize + index to Typesense channel_messages
- channel-message-classify.ts: Haiku classification via infer() + Langfuse trace
- Typesense channel_messages collection schema + ensure + fetch helpers
- Event types: channel/message.received, classify.requested, signal
- OTEL instrumentation throughout (ingested/classified/routed)
- Refactored observe.ts to use shared infer() utility (cleanup)
- Improved send --follow polling for faster initial feedback
ADR-0131 steps 1-4 complete. Remaining: Convex catalog, cron digest,
Discord thread fix, gateway Slack event emission wiring.

fix: Slack channel messages still monitored but reply-suppressed

Messages from channels flow to gateway session as 'slack-intel:'
source so Joel can see them (like tonight's Matt thread), but
outbound Slack send is suppressed. Best of both: visibility
without channel_not_found errors.

fix: enforce passive Slack per ADR-0131
...
Channel messages and non-Joel DMs are now ingest-only — no
gateway session routing, no reply attempts. Only Joel DMs get
processed for response. Fixes channel_not_found errors from
bot trying to post to channels it can't access.

fix: add explicit PATH to reflect.ts pi subprocess

pi's package-manager runs 'npm root -g' which fails in launchd
context without node/npm on PATH. Match the env setup from
infer() utility.
