Haoxiang Jia 41249c879c refactor: restructure skills directory and improve error-handling skill
- Rename open_python_skills/ to skills/ for cleaner structure
- Rewrite error-handling skill with "Let it crash" philosophy
- Add framework-specific reference docs (python.md, fastapi.md, pydantic.md, asyncio.md)
- Remove deprecated quickstart.md and pitfalls.md
- Update AGENTS.md and README.md for new structure
