Jeremy Dawes 7f1f77baa3 feat: add slash commands for all 51 skills + fix compatibility fields

Created 45 command files with descriptive argument-hints so every skill
has a /plugin:skill-name shortcut. Added compatibility: claude-code-only
to 17 skills that require Bash/filesystem/browser (d1-migration, db-seed,
project-docs, git-workflow, landing-page, shadcn-ui, tailwind-theme-builder,
ai-image-generator, color-palette, favicon-gen, icon-set-generator, etc).

Load the project-docs skill.

Parse $ARGUMENTS for which docs to generate:

all — ARCHITECTURE.md + API_ENDPOINTS.md + DATABASE_SCHEMA.md
architecture — ARCHITECTURE.md only
api — API_ENDPOINTS.md only
database — DATABASE_SCHEMA.md only

Default: detect what's needed based on project type.
