Team feedback (Marianne): Claude was inserting 'actually' into headings and
prose everywhere. The word was never in the skill — it's the model's own tic,
so the fix is naming it: explicit no-filler-words and no-AI-tells rules.
Cut the spelling tables, tone ladder, sign-off ranking, and two of three
examples; a shorter style brief produces more natural output than a long
one the model performs. Matches the .skill uploaded to the team claude.ai
account.
