Terrence Ryan 39fc5c52c0 fix: Update API docs to use camelCase for request fields (#958) 
Changed all example request bodies in the API server documentation from snake_case to camelCase to match the updated naming convention. Clarified that both request and response bodies now use camelCase for field names. (In fact they always have)
