## What this PR does
This PR updates the docs for the Toolbox to improve clarity, accuracy, and search engine discoverability.
The current description is very high-level and only mentions BigQuery. This makes it difficult for developers to discover that the Toolbox supports a wide range of other databases (like AlloyDB, Spanner, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.) when searching for solutions. This change makes our data source support explicit, which will improve SEO and provide immediate clarity to users about the Toolbox's capabilities.
## Changes
* The introductory paragraph has been rewritten to be more descriptive.
* A new, categorized list of all data sources currently supported by the Toolbox has been added.
This update ensures that developers searching for terms like "ADK with Spanner" or "ADK and AlloyDB" are more likely to find this page and understand how to integrate their data with ADK agents.
