fix(specs): resolve skill-validator errors
...
- constitution SKILL.md: add missing ## Overview and ## Examples sections
- architecture.md: wrap @Autowired and @Transactional in inline code
- security-patterns.md: rewrite to fix unclosed fenced code block
- Remove emoji/check marks that may cause parsing issues
All 777 files now pass validation with 10 warnings (acceptable).

fix(specs): address PR #195 review issues
...
- constitution skill: restructure to meet skill size limits (160 lines, ~1800 tokens)
- move templates/ to references/ (allowed subdirectory)
- add missing sections: Constraints and Warnings, Best Practices
- add all reference files for progressive disclosure
- CHANGELOG: add Migration from v2.x to v3.0 section
- command mapping table for removed/renamed commands
- migration steps for users upgrading from v2.x
Fixes skill-validator warnings:
- SKILL.md too long (965 lines → 160 lines)
- SKILL.md too many tokens (9358 → ~1800)
- SKILL.md too large (36930 chars → ~5500)
- Missing '## Constraints and Warnings'
- Missing '## Best Practices'
- Non-standard directory 'templates/'
