Trevin Chow 8de6f5281b docs(specs): remove claude-code and codex mirror specs ...

These two spec files were hand-mirrored snapshots of external Claude Code
and Codex platform docs. They were referenced by no code or test and rot
silently between "Last verified" re-verifications: claude-code.md had
drifted ~6 months, and codex.md documented a Codex profiles mechanism that
was since removed. Rather than pay the recurring re-verification tax on
mirrors nothing reads, remove them.

Supersedes #1223 and #1225, which attempted to refresh these files. The
remaining specs (antigravity.md, devin.md, etc.) stay — they are cited from
src/ and carry converter-load-bearing detail.
