Single source of truth for all command metadata: - ParamDef with type, required, position, description - CommandDef with method, group, description, requiresTab, params - commandToJsonSchema() for Hub registration - getCommand() / getCommandsByGroup() helpers Hub registration now uses COMMANDS directly instead of hardcoded arrays. Removed zod dependency from shared package. CLI and daemon dispatch unchanged — they can consume COMMANDS in a future refactor.
