yan5xu 8967a8c8e6 refactor(hub): remove site adapter scanning from daemon ...

Site adapters have been migrated to standalone Bun Clips registered
directly on the Hub. The daemon no longer needs to scan ~/.bb-browser/sites/
and bb-sites/ directories or register platform clips.

Removed: scanSitesDir, parseSiteMeta, buildPlatformClips,
executeSiteCommand, and related constants/types.
