Test infrastructure and documentation updates:

test-results/no_mock_audit.md:
- Updated audit to reflect completed T6.x work
- Status: All transitional mock patterns eliminated
- Documented permanently allowlisted patterns

test-results/no_mock_allowlist.json:
- Cleaned up transitional entries
- Retained only true boundary mocks (install.rs fixture constructors)
- Added documentation comments for each allowlisted pattern

tests/fixtures/:
- cli_contract/introspect.json: Updated CLI contract spec
- connectors/MANIFEST.json: Connector fixture manifest
- models/README.md: Model fixture documentation

tests/package.json, tests/package-lock.json:
- Updated Playwright dependencies
- Added accessibility testing packages

tests/playwright.config.ts:
- Added JSONL reporter configuration
- Improved test sharding
- Added mobile device profiles

Cargo.toml:
- Minor dependency updates
