Martha Schumann 346618e601 fix(angular-demo): resolve @copilotkit/angular module not found

- angular.json: fix CSS path from @copilotkit/angular → @copilotkitnext/angular
- tsconfig.json: fix @copilotkit/angular paths entry to use correct mjs filename
- package.json: add link: alias so pnpm creates the missing node_modules symlink
