QA Agent 88ac426811 fix(starters): add shared intelligence docker-compose with postgres init script (FAC-49) ...

- Create showcase/shared/intelligence-dev/ with shared docker-compose template
- Add postgres init script that creates intelligence_app + intelligence_app_shadow databases
- Update READMEs for affected integrations (Mastra, Agno, PydanticAI, Strands, ADK, MS Agent Framework, LlamaIndex)
- Document intelligence setup, prerequisites, troubleshooting, and port management
- Fixes 'database intelligence_app does not exist' error reported in QA

Closes FAC-49
